The road leading to Monterez can be quite junked up, and to get out of Kota Permai might take a while too. Palm garden to Bangi is a breeze, they are pratically next to each other. You need to drive pretty deep in for Bangi though. Rahman to Templer? You'll hit the MRR2, and then turn off to Templer near FRIM I think. 45 mins with good traffic might be a safe bet for that. For routing, just head for google maps to get the ways between the clubs.. It might be a little tough to make it 45 mins between Kota Permai and Monterez.
