I played there last time at the ‘kiddy course’ they calld it. Im not a member of the club. I was just using my reciprocal priviledges since i was from the north. What happned was, the club recently imposd that new rule of ‘taking caddy is must for non members’, so without no choice i had to take one. They charged me rm24++ for 18 holes and on top of that some tips around 20 to 40 after the round depends on me.

After 18 holes played, i invited the caddy to join me for a drink at the caddy canteen. Unfortunately he refused, but i still bought him some drinks to appreciate of havin him carrying my bag. It was normal thing to do right for us golfers?

The next thing happnd was really annoying and pssing me off. The caddy came back to me while i was havin my drinks at the canteen and say this “bang(as in abang), di kelab kgns ni, ada benda calld tip, kalau dh ambil caddy kena bayar. saya nk pergi angkat beg lagi selepas ini”. he said it in a very disrespectful manner and voicetone. i felt like seriously to throw whatever on the table straight to his face and probably take some notes n stick it in my ass and dump it somewhere on the floor and take it if you want twart dog, that kind of thing. this was the first time i ever encounterd such thing in my whole golfing life. ive been playing golf for almost 15 years now. i hav been using caddy for so many times. and i know what to do after ive had caddy.

honestly, i had no problem with the him on the course. i treated him well good. i had a thought of giving him tip better than average soon after we finished but the dumbass was the one that stupidly closed the door too soon and too rude. Furiously angered inside, i gave him 20 bucks instead 40. Actually i felt like to give him none but i didnt know why i still gave him that. next thing i did, i went straight to the registration counter and made a report and the rest was just a history.

its very embarrasing to see KGNS one of the well known clubs in the nation have got this kind of thing happns at their club. i seriously wouldnt recommend to any of my fellow club members at home and other golfers to go and hav a taste at this place not until they correct themsleve.

So next time your trip to kgns, beware of these ‘malicious’ caddies. they might get your blood pumping..till then

I want to share with u about this type of caddy. I have the same problem also because we in Dhaka there are all walking course. Therefore u have to take the talkative caddy and because of the long walk.. but luckily it is a flat land.

Just for information Green fees Taka 1100(Mon/Tues/Thurs) Taka 1650 (Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun) for 18 hole plus caddy fees (its about RM55/ RM82.50) and about Taka 200 (RM10) for caddy tips for 18 hole….well as for me. the rate i can give for the price is 3/5

What i do here is.. i like my caddy to shut the f**k up, i don’t like they said.. ‘Good Shot Saarrrr’, ‘go baaaaaalllddddd’….(not ball).. ’sittt bbbbballddddd’… ‘righttttttt, rightttttttttt.’… and the most annoying compliment.. ‘Tiger Wood Shot’ , “my bosssss like Tiger Wood…’(eventhough i’m 260 pounder M’sian) and.. lot more. coming.. if u like to hear. hehehehehe

So what i do.. and the very first tee box.. whenever the caddy tend to comment and speak.. i said.. shut. up.. one time… more. 2nd. and third… then.. i take my bag.. u go… or if i lost my ball or got triple bogey.. because of his annoyance.. give a mild slap on the forehead.. trust me. they will not report to UN or Humanity, NGO.. or bla. bla..

So, just my point is.. tell the caddy.. just pull my trolley.. if i have bad shot.. or swing.. u just keep to yourself.. or u just pick a tree, talk to it or cry on the trunk or bang the head if it release ur tensed due to my game….. hahahahahaha… most important.. thing. is i enjoy the game.. just let me play… hehehehehe
